She suggested Ninh Binh prioritise the development of detailed regulations to enforce these laws effectively, and raise public awareness to ensure their successful enforcement.

Local voters raised various concerns, including issues regarding infrastructure investment, cultural heritage preservation, solutions for part-time officials at the commune level, and social housing for struggling workers.

Thanh cleared up a number of petitions put forth by voters.
