Bui Hoang Ha, Standing Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh provincial People's Council and leaders of several departments and sectors received and worked with the delegation.

 Ha briefed his guests on the provincialPeople's Council's functions and operations as well as Ninh Binh's geographical location, potential,strengths and socio-economic development achievements.

 He hoped the visit would tighten and develop cooperative relations in many fields, especial in the spheres of economy, culture and society in the time to come.

Ha expected that the delegation would work as a bridge to inform investors andpartners in Hubei about Ninh Binh's potential, advantages and business climate.

 For his part, Liu XiaoMing thanked the hosts for their warm welcome and congratulated Ninh Binh on its important achievements in the past few years.

The visit would be a good opportunity for the Hubei delegation to learn more about the historical values, natural landscape, and beauty of Ninh Binh, he added.

The two sides discussed and shared experience in operations of the people-elected agencies in issuing special mechanisms and policies, development orientations in the coming times and solutions to beef up cooperative ties and friendship exchanges, especially in the fields where both sides have strengths.

They believed that the cooperation between the People's Council of Ninh Binh and Hubei would reap more important outcomes, thus elevating the friendship and cooperative relationsbetween the two Parties, States, and people of Vietnam and China to a new height.

During the trip, the delegation visited and worked with leaders of Dong Giao Foodstuff Export Joint Stock Company(DOVECO).
