Trang An Marathon 2024 attracts over 5,000 runners

The Trang An Marathon - Footstrike from the Heritage which was held on November 9-10 at the Hoa Lu ancient capital, drew participation of over 5,000 athletes.
Athletes at 10km distance category.
The event was jointly organised by the provincial Culture and Sport Department and Vu Media (VRace).
The Trang An marathon 2024, the fourth of its kind attracted a large number of foreigners and national elite runners.
Runners took part in four categories of full marathon (42.195km), half marathon (21.0975km), 10km and 5km.

All courses are designed within the Trang An natural heritage site, where runners experienced majestic and poetic natural scenery with towering mountains, lush greenery and meandering rivers.
The Trang An Marathon 2024 is one of activities to celebrate the third 2024 Ninh Binh Festival 2024 and to encourage sport movements among local people as well as to promote cultural and natural heritage to domestic and foreign friends.
